Please join us as former Brick Church Senior Pastor Michael Lindvall and his daughter Madeline present “Ashes to Ashes – A Murder Mystery.”
Since leaving Brick Church, Reverend Lindvall has partnered with his daughter Madeline to pursue his passion for writing fiction. Their first book “Ashes to Ashes” is a classic murder mystery set in Yorkville. It introduces a Presbyterian minister sleuth and his sidekick, a part time, octogenarian admin. The story brings readers deep into spiritual, even theological questions and explores the toxicity of secrets, regret, and the healing power of forgiveness. Please join us for a discussion about their book and the upcoming sequel as we welcome Reverend Lindvall back to Brick Church for his first time since 2017.
