Hannah Goodman, soprano: The Great American Songbook

Join us for an evening of Golden Age Musical Theatre and the Great American Songbook, arranged and performed by soprano Hannah Madeleine Goodman with pianist Raymond Nagem. The evening will feature favorites from such greats as Rodgers and Hammerstein, Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, Lerner and Loewe, Irving Berlin, and Frank Loesser. The program is adapted from Ms. Goodman’s one-woman cabaret show Almost Like Being in Love, which premiered in Los Angeles at Upstairs at Vitello’s in 2018 and was revived on the livestreaming cabaret platform Emmie and Harry’s in 2020. In addition to her work in opera, concert, musical theatre, and two solo cabaret shows, Ms. Goodman has had the pleasure of singing in the Brick Church Chancel Choir since 2021.
