Brick Church Fair
For the last 76 years, The Brick Church Fair rings in the start of the Christmas season. Whether you are a new member or a long-time Fair aficionado, everyone enjoys the fellowship, merriment and holiday spirit that this long-time event offers.
The Fair began in 1943 as an opportunity for Brick Church members to raise funds for organizations that support women and children in Harlem and the Bronx. 20 percent of all proceeds from the Fair are given as grants to support the nine ministries that the Women’s Association supports.
The Fair is held every November and is a two-day event with 35 vendors, an “Opening Night” cocktail party, entertainment and photos with Santa.
The dates for this year’s Fair are Tuesday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the Fair Opening Night Party at 5 p.m., and Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The 2019 Brick Church Fair Program Guide
Please support the Brick Church Fair by purchasing a Family Ad in the 2019 Program Guide, or by asking a business to place an ad. We will be creating an electronic version again this year (an eGuide) that will be projected onto the screen in Watson Hall during the 2-Day Fair, along with a printed version commemorating the Fair’s 76th Anniversary. Family Ads will be $100 for a half page Ad and $200 for a full page Ad. Business Ads will be $400 for a full page and $200 for a half page. Please email the committee to confirm your ad and/or if you have any questions. You can also contact Women’s Association Coordinator, Shannon Froehlich, with any questions.
Support the 76th Annual Brick Church Fair by purchasing a Family Ad in the Program Guide! Proceeds from the Fair support the Women’s Association Outreach Ministries. All full & half page ads also receive complementary placement in the Fair’s E-Program Guide. Please purchase your ad and submit your photo/artwork no later than Friday, October 25th.

Thank you for supporting the 76th Annual Brick Church Fair! Program Guides are distributed to all customers during the 2-day fair and ads are also displayed in the E-Program Guide at the Fair itself. Proceeds from the Fair benefit several local community organizations throughout Yorkville and Harlem, whose mission it is to improve the lives of women, children and the elderly.

The 76th Dinner Dance & Silent Auction
A very special evening on Friday, Feb. 7, 2020 at The Pierre Hotel, 2 East 61st Street and 5th Avenue. This black tie evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and music followed by dinner and dancing. The Silent Auction is always filled with terrific items and all the proceeds from the auction go directly to our outreach efforts. This year we will feature a special guest speaker from one of the ministries that the Women’s Association at The Brick Church supports. Please join us for this very special evening.
Fall Fling in the Brick Church Garden
The Women’s Association sponsors the annual Fall Fling each September in the Brick Church Garden. Enjoy an evening of fun and fellowship with your friends from the church…all for a great cause!
