Becoming Kindred Minds
Join Elder Margaret Stocker for a discussion of Deane Turner’s history of The Brick Church through the lens of the Prophet Isaiah. Together, we’ll consider the Rev. John Rodgers, who served as a chaplain to George Washington, and the congregation’s life during the American Revolution. We’ll also reflect on the kindred minds who followed over the years and ask what their example can teach us today. Learn more about The Brick Church’s history.
Bring friends and enjoy coffee and snacks. Childcare is provided on the youth floor for children of all ages starting at 9:00 AM.
