Lawrence brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit finance, operations, and human resources, and we are grateful for the leadership and expertise he will bring to this important role. Lawrence brings more than a decade of finance, operations, and human resources leadership across the nonprofit and education sectors. He most recently served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at The Children's Academy, a private K–12 school in Manhattan, and has held finance and operations roles spanning education, live events, and the arts. A dual graduate of Rutgers University, Lawrence holds an MBA and a Master of Accountancy and is a CPA candidate, along with SHRM-SCP and PMP credentials. He lives in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, and is an active member of New York Road Runners.
